1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:
- The garment is unwashed, unused, and in its original state.
- All original Eryntal tags and packaging are intact.
- The item is not a personalized or final-sale product.
2. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email contact@eryntal.online with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Our concierge team will review and approve the request within 24–48 hours.
3. Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit. We will provide pickup instructions upon approval.
3. Refund & Exchange Fulfillment
- Prepaid: Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
- COD: Refunds are issued via bank transfer or secure store credit.
- Exchanges: We offer complimentary size exchanges (subject to availability).
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
In the rare event of receiving a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at zero additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, socks, and intimate apparel.
- Accessories including caps and jewelry.
- Clearance items marked as "Final Sale."
