• Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• You may request a return or exchange after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation by Eryntal.online

We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order in rare situations, including:

• Product or stock unavailability.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• Payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is applicable as payment is only collected upon delivery.
